From overseeing architectural planning with local authorities to subcontracting plumbing, electricity, roofing, and insulation work, the company took charge of every aspect. The unit’s small and peculiar shape necessitated the precise handcrafting of various elements, including the shower, bathroom vanity, cupboards, cupboard doors, and mezzanine.

From inception to completion, the physical build spanned just over seven months.
